And you'll be saving money, even if you do have less space. I have downsized substantially (kicking and screaming) over the last 4 years (from a house to a townhouse to a 2 bdrm apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment). At first I hated the thought of giving away or selling my stuff, but the process has gotten easier as I've gone along (I've donated a lot of my nicer stuff to charity and it's a good feeling to know that someone who couldn't otherwise afford something like that will now be able to have it when it's still in great condition). Now I enjoy living lighter - I just cleaned out my apartment again last year and I am actually going to do it again this year. Maybe that's because I'm preparing myself for a bigger move (to Spain perhaps?) and want to travel as light as possible - who knows?!Sandra77noreply@blogger.com
