Baby Shower

Thanks friends from the Masters Program for throwing April and I our first baby shower today.

Our friend Laurie and her "associates," as she's been calling them, have been planning a baby shower for us for a few weeks now. Today we met at the park by the beach and grilled burgers and chicken. Lots of our friends came and many of them even bought us gifts to help us get started with all this baby business.

It's a privilege to welcome our little girl into a world surrounded by friends from every tribe and nation and people who are here with a common goal--to make the world a better place.
